Some people might say that in the near future or years ahead the main language used by the society would change either to Mandarin, Japanese or whatsoever but still i feel that English will remain as the international language for many many years to come. after completing English III which was English for Business and Communications, i felt worried because i am pondering whether would my English language will deteriorate whether orally or in writing.
I personally feel that English lesson should be imposed in the university as a mandatory subject for all the students regardless of what semester that they are in because i can see that a majority of us in the university can't speak proper English as well as writing one. This is because we rarely interact with each other in English which caused the problem.
Lately i feel that it is quite hard for me to pronounce some of the words even though in my mind i know clearly what so say.. the words are just hard for me to utter. This is saddening me. A reason for this is because i have no close friends that could communicate with me in English and improve them.
So this is me here trying to keep up with my language in this blog hoping that i wont get from worse to bad with the flow of time. This is just like some deserted place nobody visits where i can express my thoughts and feelings with the current occurrence in my life. kinda like a personal diary...

A New Sem, A New Year, A New Resolution
It has been 9 days since my arrival here in UMK for the beginning of this new Semester with the irregular rainfall in Kelantan causing floods in certain areas. As each and every sem passes by, it gets duller. but still, life goes on.. students attending classes, lecturers and tutors handling classes.
Few days back was the starting of a new year which is year 2009 but in Kelantan there aren't any celebration to celebrate the end of year 2008. But i managed to have a decent meal over at MarryBrown's. Sad to say that the food there wasn't up top my expectation and they couldn't compete with the Giants out there which are McD and KFC. Over in the evening we had a thai meal which was their local delicacy, Tom Yam. They changed their cook and the taste deteriorated a little. But still it was hot as always!
I'm not the kind of guy who makes resolutions for new year but this is me here trying to make a change for something better. For the whole of year 2009 i would like to spend more time with people i care, being able to excel in my studies, get thinner (of course), having more confidence (because i lack em'), and to be continued. As how i am going to achieve them is something that i would like to know myself. :)
The courses that i have enrolled this semester seems alien to me because most of them are new subjects which require more attention from me so i can say less playtime from this sem onwards. With the Law, Enterprise Management, Operation Management, etc etc.
