My Final post for my English III

Finally! This is the last post that i am going to post for my course subject English for Business and Communications. The feeling that I am having now is somehow bittersweet for I have gone through half a year of education under an excellent lecturer who strived to do his best for his students. He worked tirelessly providing us with as much knowledge as he could and never gave up on us. The semester is coming to its end soon and starting from the beginning of the new semester, I will not have a chance to attend anymore English classes. However, I believe that this would not be the end to this blog. Many of us I believe, would continue posting up their encounters and happenings as it have become a habit for them to do so. So, over here i would like to express my gratitute to Mr. Andrew Williams for all his effort spent on us. With this i give a salute to my excellent lecturer. Thank You!

Stress!

The semester is coming to its end and we’re all having our finals soon. Not only we have to busy equip ourselves with textbooks and lectures notes to memorize but we are burdened with multiple assignments from lecture classes and gasping for air to complete our lecture exercises. This condition is unhealthy for the physical and mental of University students. For myself, I am struggling to finish one task after another which is about to due. Weird as it seems but this occurrence is normally seen in every end of semesters. For example, this blog that I am writing is one of the exercises considered necessary in order to obtain our carried marks. But I totally have no meaning to say that I detest writing blog, maybe it is due to the internet connection that is not available in our new hostels. Upon typing, I still have to complete my mandarin quiz that I am having tonight and also English assessment 2 that is on relocation. The day after day I am having my Human Resource Managements test 2 and on Monday next week, we’ll be having Finance test 2. Alright! That is all for now..

Creative and Critical Product

One of our course subjects is Creative and Critical Management which requires us to create a product that is creative or we could innovate from an already existing product. Our group have met and discussed on our product after going through a pain staking long hours of sitting down talking. But in the process of generating ideas I found that most of us especially myself aren’t that creative at all. But no matter what we have decided on what products to produce to be presented in the coming class which I would not disclose it here now because it would then be no secret anymore. After today’s class briefing on how to prepare the assignment for the products we will kick on writing long, detailed and winding sentences for the product. So please keep updated with my blogs as I may post up some photos of our finished goods here and for those interested they may order from us but stocks are limited.

Business Expansion

In the beginning of our Semester III of our course, I have joint hands with my room mates who are Kian Soon and Wei Hong to startup a business of our own which is on computer accessories. We sold various types of items such as notebook skins, gamepads, keyboards, pen drives and many more. Our main target groups are University student from UMK and by having such small target groups we are facing a near saturated business. This means that we could not sell because of a closed market. What we are planning to do is to expand it by going online where we are going to receive orders from people from all over the country and ship the goods to them. This is still in an experimental process and will be carried out on the fourth semester. It might not be surprising if someday I would post up the catalogues on this blog so for those who visits they can place an order here or they could find us directly.
